  They dont even rate one star in my book. Got loan phone while mine was repaired under warranty. Returned phone and waited till details were deleted and phone reset. Left store everyone happy. then after a couple of months constant harrasment and threats that $400 is being charged to my account. I gave them all passwords and log ins but they loaded $400against my account. I had to take time off work and drive 40 minutes to go to store. When i did with same passwords etc they simply said ohh its ok its the phones fault. Totally competant staff that make their problem your problem
